Ever since announcing that we will be doing live streaming for wedding and other events we have been getting a handful of questions.
Here are few answers to those questions….
HOW RELIABLE IS THE SIGNAL?
For Live Streaming we extremely reliable and versatile broadcasting equipment to ensure that every wedding is streamed without issue. This technology allows us to provide stable HD video streaming from just about any location,
Internet connections is something we will discuss with your venue way in advance. We have options to plug into their internet or connect to wifi. We also have options to provide a wireless hotspot for us to connect to. All of our live streaming gear can be plugged in and used wireless. So even if the power goes out we can find an alternative to continue live streaming. 😃
DO GUESTS NEED A HIGH-SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION TO VIEW THE BRODCAST?
We recommend a connection of at least 5 mbps download speed for the best viewing experience. If the connection is any slower the viewer may need to lower the quality of the video to play it back. They can check their internet speed HERE
WHY NOT JUST USE MY PHONE TO GO LIVE?
Smartphone technology is amazing. The things we can do with a device that fits in our pockets is crazy! With that said smartphones are not always reliable neither is the person operating the smartphone. A guest who is in charge of a Facebook live stream may not know what part of the event to focus on, they may put down their phone to get a drink, and the audio is not going to be good unless they stand right next to you with the phone. I don’t know about you, but I sure wouldn’t want a relative standing right next to me during my vows. 😂
Also with our technology we offer you multiple angles and audio sources. That way we are showing the best camera angle for each moment and the audio is crystal clear.
WILL YOU TRAVEL TO LIVE STREAM?
Our team loves to travel the globe to capture a couple’s love story. Live streaming is no exception. Our home base is Chicago, Illinois, but we will travel from California to New York with every state in between. We also have no issues with traveling domestically.
