With the increase of intimate weddings, elopements, and smaller size events many couples can’t invite everyone who may want to witness in their marriage. To solve this problem our team offers excellent quality live streaming options for you to be able to broadcast your wedding to all of your guests no matter the location. All your guests need is a reliable internet or cellphone connection, access to platforms such as Facebook and YouTube and they are ready to view your special event!
Live streaming is also great for larger events. Do you have a relative in another state or country who can’t make it? You can broadcast your wedding directly to them so they feel like they are part of the experience.
So…How does this whole wedding live streaming thing work?
Step 01
First things first we need to learn more about you, your wedding, how many people you want to live stream to, what parts of the day you want to live stream, and probably some more about you. 😃 Our quotes are always custom made so the more we know about what is important to you the most accurate quote we can give you.

Step 02
All of those guests who will be viewing the live stream need a place to find it right? We will take care of that for you.
We build a custom event page where your wedding will be streamed. This page will provide information on when and where the guests can see the live stream. We encourage you to share your landing page with as many friends and family as possible!
Step 03
This is personally my favorite part. 😃
Our normal video team will arrive for your wedding with a member of the team who is dedicated to the live streaming. Before the big day arrives we will have done any pre planning needed to make this online experience come to life. That way everything goes smoothly the day of.
Your online guests will simply open up the landing page, YouTube, or Facebook and watch in on the fun. You can even opt in to allow the guests to communicate with each other in a chat box.
Step 04
The live stream broadcast will be available to view online within 48 hours of the event. (Sometime immediately after the event)
Per your request this link can be public or unlisted.
There are a lot of moving parts to a live stream, but our goal is to make it as painless and stress free as possible. Sure you could get a friend to watch a facebook live stream on your phone, but why not get a pro who can handle all of it and make it look GREAT.
